Need to add frame to your photo? Framer is an online tool that provides a number of photo frames for free. Some frames allow you to change the background color and add date to photo while others simply let you choose a frame only.
The procedure is simple. Upload your photo, select a frame from the drop-down list, and optionally configure several things before finally clicking the “Create” button to process your photo. You’re allowed to upload file from an URL, computer, your Flickr account, or Photobucket. After the process completed, download, share, upload to Flickr, email, or edit the photo.
